When ordering, it is important that you refer to the description and photos for each of your chosen socks to ensure that you are purchasing the correct sock product, colours, wording and size. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or cash back socks purchased incorrectly.

Upon receipt of payment, your order is officially confirmed! Socks For Africa will email you a detailed Delivery Note including the courier tracking number and delivery date. Look out for the email from info@socksforafrica.co.za (Don’t forget to check your junkmail – it might have snuck in there!).

On completion of the sock order, you will be prompted to provide your physical address where delivery costs are calculated according to the Shipping Address. The information that you provide must be as detailed as possible to ensure that you receive the correct order; and that your order is delivered to the correct address.

Technical glitches can happen (though we do our best to eliminate them!). Feel free to contact us should you encounter any problems with your order. Contact us by either email info@socksforafrica.co.za or by telephone 079 502 5838.

A Socks For Africa Follow Up email will be sent to you on the delivery date to check that you received your socks in good order!

Socks For Africa is responsible for the arrangement of the courier, THE COURIER GUY, to deliver the order to the physical address provided, but is in no way responsible or liable for payments; damages resulting from the courier process; delayed delivery time and/or the incorrect physical address provided by the Client.

The Courier Guy delivers to all major areas in South Africa within 1 to 2 working days and outlying areas between 3 to 5 working days. Standard delivery is between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (The Courier Guy do sometimes deliver over weekends and public holidays, but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed). Courier delivery times are from the time the order is dispatched. Please bear this in mind when ordering socks for special occasions and the December holiday season.

Delivery costs for Online Sock Orders are as follows (can change at any time without notice):
1. Gauteng: R100.
2. Western Cape: R110.
3. Free State and Mpumalanga: R130.
4. Kwazulu Natal: R150.
5. Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Northern Cape and North West: R160.
